In 2015 Gijs van den Berg photographed the traditional coffeehouses of Amsterdam. These coffeehouses used to be inseparable with the lifestyle of the city. But a new generation of coffee drinkers prefers hip boutiques and exotic coffee drinks. How long will it be before this tradition completely disappears?
